ASHLEY NEWMAN

FOUNDER/NURSE PRACTITIONER

Ashley, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner from Lakeland, FL, resides with her family in her hometown. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida and continued her education to achieve a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Florida Southern College. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Ashley has devoted the past 8 years to aesthetics. Alongside her full-time work in aesthetics, she has pursued ongoing education and training through Allergan, Merz, Aesthetic Extender Symposium, Swift Beauty, Aestra Institute, American Academy of Facial Aesthetics, American Med Spa Association, MINT/LesEncres Thread Training, & the Aesthetic Advancement Institute.

Breanna Crowder

MSN, APRN-C

Bre Crowder is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in healthcare. She began her career in cardiac surgery and now brings her passion for precision and patient care to Ageless Aesthetics & Wellness. Known for her collaborative, confidence-boosting approach, Bre focuses on enhancing natural beauty in a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard and empowered. Outside the clinic, she’s a proud dog mom to her 13-year-old Yorkie, Brix, and enjoys gardening, family time, Peloton rides (shoutout to Robin Arzón), and relaxing at the beach in Anna Maria Island.

ANGEL MERKLE

CLINICAL ASSISTANT/PHLEBOTOMIST/IV TECHNICIAN

As a native of Upstate New York, Angel initially pursued a career as a CNA before transitioning into dental assisting. She has traveled various states alongside her husband’s service in the USMC before settling in central Florida 8 years ago, where she now proudly calls Lakeland home.

With over 16 years of experience in patient care, Angel seamlessly integrates into the Ageless team. Her journey in dentistry ignited a passion for boosting individuals’ confidence in their smiles. Holding an IV Technician and Phlebotomy Certification, she is driven to broaden her expertise in the aesthetic realm.

When you meet Angel, expect a warm smile, detailed explanations of Ageless’ services, and a nurturing environment. Beyond work, she cherishes moments with her two children, husband, friends, and pup Blue. Angel takes joy in supporting our providers to enhance natural beauty and is thrilled to be a part of the Ageless family.

MORGAN GILL

MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN

Morgan, a Licensed Medical Aesthetician, has been in the field since 2022. She was a Certified Dental Assistant for 8 years, but skincare and all things beauty have always been her passion. One of the things she loves most about working in the aesthetic industry is spending quality time with her patients and helping them to feel better than they did when they walked through the door.

“It’s rewarding when patients leave relaxed, glowing, and genuinely feeling good in their own skin. I love to see the progress in my patients skin and in their overall well-being.”

Morgan will not only be around to provide you with your skincare needs, but also to be your safe space, your biggest supporter and an advocate for your self-love.

A few things Morgan enjoys doing in her spare time are taking her dogs (Benson and Kash) to the dog park with her husband, playing with makeup and reading up on the latest skin trends and techniques to better serve her patients.

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Originally from New Hampshire, Melissa has called Florida her home for more than two decades. Currently residing in Lakeland with her husband, son & two dogs, she takes pleasure in engaging in outdoor activities and maintaining a fitness routine.

With extensive experience of over 20 years in patient care, specializing in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics, Melissa has discovered her niche at Ageless as our dedicated Patient Care Coordinator. She takes delight in forming genuine connections with our patients and team members.

REESE SCHLEICHER

OPERATIONS MANAGER / MARKETING

Reese has over 20 years of experience in the beauty and medical aesthetics industries. After spending more than a decade as a hairstylist in the luxury salon and spa industry, she transitioned into business operations and leadership before bringing her expertise to medical aesthetics and plastic surgery in 2017.

She is passionate about patient experience, provider support, marketing, operational excellence, and practice growth, and is dedicated to elevating the exceptional experience and continued success that Ageless Aesthetics + Wellness is known for.

Reese lives in Tampa, Florida, with her husband, John, and their three children, Dallas, Canyon, and Navy.
