ASHLEY NEWMAN
FOUNDER/NURSE PRACTITIONER
Ashley, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner from Lakeland, FL, resides with her family in her hometown. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida and continued her education to achieve a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Florida Southern College.With over 19 years of experience in healthcare, Ashley has devoted the past 8 years to aesthetics. Alongside her full-time work in aesthetics, she has pursued ongoing education and training through Allergan, Merz, Aesthetic Extender Symposium, Swift Beauty, Aestra Institute, American Academy of Facial Aesthetics, American Med Spa Association, MINT/LesEncres Thread Training, & the Aesthetic Advancement Institute.

ANGEL MERKLE
CLINICAL ASSISTANT/PHLEBOTOMIST/IV TECHNICIAN
As a native of Upstate New York, Angel initially pursued a career as a CNA before transitioning into dental assisting. She has traveled various states alongside her husband's service in the USMC before settling in central Florida 8 years ago, where she now proudly calls Lakeland home.

With over 16 years of experience in patient care, Angel seamlessly integrates into the Ageless team. Her journey in dentistry ignited a passion for boosting individuals' confidence in their smiles. Holding an IV Technician and Phlebotomy Certification, she is driven to broaden her expertise in the aesthetic realm.
When you meet Angel, expect a warm smile, detailed explanations of Ageless' services, and a nurturing environment. Beyond work, she cherishes moments with her two children, husband, friends, and pup Blue. Angel takes joy in supporting our providers to enhance natural beauty and is thrilled to be a part of the Ageless family.

MSN, APRN-C
Eddy, a board certified Nurse Practitioner is excited to join the Ageless team! Born and raised in Brooklyn NY, with now 10+ years of experience in the medical field. A passion for creativity, he wanted to combine the medical side with the aesthetics side. Bringing you medical expertise in health and wellness, emphasizing the preventive measures we can take to feel better and stay healthy but also enhance our body and mind.

VERONICA HERNANDEZ
MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN
Veronica, a 26-year-old native of Lakeland, Florida, found her lifelong partner in the same town and dreams of starting a family with him. Her fascination with aesthetics began in her early years, as she delighted in experimenting with her mother's beauty products. A people person at heart, Veronica thrives on forming connections and cherishes moments at concerts and the beach, all while advocating passionately for self-care.

A graduate of the Beauty and Health Institute, Veronica holds certifications as a facial specialist and in laser & electrolysis procedures. Skilled in analyzing and treating a range of skin issues, she offers services like facials, chemical peels, and microneedling. While she adores all facets of aesthetics, Veronica is particularly drawn to assisting clients with acne-prone skin. Her goal is to provide a pampering, top-tier experience and, above all, foster a bond of trust with each individual she serves. Verónica habla español con fluidez.
REESE SCHLEICHER
OPERATIONS MANAGER/ MARKETING
Reese has a background working as a hair stylist at luxury salon & spas for 10+ years, then transitioned from working behind the chair as a provider, into working on the Business Operations & Management side. Along the way, she made another jump from the Salon & Spa industry over and into the world of Medical Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery.
"I am extraordinarily passionate about the Medical Aesthetics industry including patient experience, provider support & growth, efficient process & system implementation, marketing, and scaling business. My experience working as a provider allow me to provide a unique perspective and my mission is to help make Ageless Aesthetics + Wellness the FIRST and BEST choice in Central Florida for your aesthetics & wellness journey along with Central Florida's TOP place to work!"
Reese lives in Tampa, FL, with her husband John and their three small children, Dallas, Kacen, and Navy.
MORGAN GILL
MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN
Morgan, a Licensed Medical Aesthetician, has been in the field since 2022. She was a Certified Dental Assistant for 8 years, but skincare and all things beauty have always been her passion. One of the things she loves most about working in the aesthetic industry is spending quality time with her patients and helping them to feel better than they did when they walked through the door.
"It's rewarding when patients leave relaxed, glowing, and genuinely feeling good in their own skin. I love to see the progress in my patients skin and in their overall well-being.”
Morgan will not only be around to provide you with your skincare needs, but also to be your safe space, your biggest supporter and an advocate for your self-love.
A few things Morgan enjoys doing in her spare time are taking her dogs (Benson and Kash) to the dog park with her husband, playing with makeup and reading up on the latest skin trends and techniques to better serve her patients.
MELISSA REYNOLDS
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Originally from New Hampshire, Melissa has called Florida her home for more than two decades. Currently residing in Lakeland with her husband, son & two dogs, she takes pleasure in engaging in outdoor activities and maintaining a fitness routine.

With extensive experience of over 20 years in patient care, specializing in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics, Melissa has discovered her niche at Ageless as our dedicated Patient Care Coordinator. She takes delight in forming genuine connections with our patients and team members.

MILY ORTIZ
FRONT DESK COORDINATOR
Mily, patient coordinator, relocated to Lakeland from Plant City four years ago, bringing with her a strong background in public relations, marketing, and real estate.
Her passion for aesthetics was sparked while working on social media projects at Ageless, where she witnessed the transformative impact that Ashley, owner and provider, had on patients' confidence. This experience inspired Mily to join the practice. Her mission is to keep Lakeland Ageless, build confidence, all while delivering exceptional patient care.
